60 Minute Sessions
$160 for an individual session
$185 for a couples session
This session offers a focused therapeutic hour for those clients that feel their concerns and goals can be addressed in a concentrated amount of time. This session length is often sufficient for clients meeting on a weekly basis. 60 minute sessions are the most popular appointment length.
120 minute Sessions
$320 for an individual session
$370 for a couples session
Longer sessions are available for those clients who appreciate taking their time to process and reflect on their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The 120 minute session offers more time for developing goals, strategies and for crisis intervention.
Payment
HST will be added to session rate.
All payments must be made prior to your session. Cash and etransfer are the accepted methods of payment. 24 hour’s notice is required for cancelation.
Official receipts will be issued for services - these can be sent by email or given in hardcopy.
